If I cannot make my appointment will I be charged?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy of $30.
Do you offer deep tissue massage?
We do offer deep tissue massage in our clinic.
Is it necessary to obtain a prescription for you to bill my insurance?
Yes it is. If you would like to use your insurance we are required to have a prescription form your doctor or chiropractor.
Why are your published rates a different amount than what gets charged to my insurance comapny?
The prices for non-insurance billed massages are a separate rate because they are a completely separate service. Insurance massages are directed and managed by doctors and require a written prescription prior to treatment.
Do you accept car accident claims?
Yes, we accept both 1st and 3rd party claims.
Do you accept work related accident claims (L&I)?
Yes, we are happy to work with Labor & Industries claims.
I donʼt know if I have a co-pay, how will I know what I owe?
Our staff will happily look up your insurance benefits for you.
Is there parking at your office location?
There is plenty of free parking at our clinic.
What should I wear to my massage?
You can wear whatever you’d like. During the session your Therapist will leave the room to allow you to undress and get under the sheets on the massage table. You can remove all your clothing if you like as we adhere to strict draping laws as indicated by the State of Washington. We only uncover the area we are working on at the time.
Is it proper/expected to tip the LMP?
It is appreciated to tip your Therapist, however please do not feel obligated to do so. Many clients who are using health insurance do not tip as the massage is part of their health care.
